A POS that keeps up with a Friday night.

We set up restaurant and bar POS systems, from full service to the food truck, with credit card processing that works with them and one representative who answers. Tell us how you serve, and we'll show you the two or three that fit.

  • Tables, tabs, modifiers, and kitchen screens
  • Pay at the table, online ordering, and self-order kiosks, on the systems that offer them
  • Hardware, software, processing, and any term in writing before you sign

What it handles

Front of house, back of house, and the bar.

What you get depends on the system you choose. These are what owners ask for most, and on the walkthrough we show you which systems do each.

Tables and tabs

Floor plans, modifiers, split checks, and open bar tabs.

Kitchen screens

Orders go straight to screens in the kitchen and at the bar instead of paper tickets.

Pay at the table

Handheld terminals take the payment at the table, so the card never leaves the guest's sight.

Online ordering and kiosks

Online, QR-code, and self-order kiosk orders land in the same system, so the kitchen works from one line.

Built for how you serve

Full service, the bar, or the counter.

Full service

Table layouts, server handhelds, and checks split any way the table wants.

Bars and nightlife

Open tabs and fast reorders when the room is three deep at the bar.

Quick service and food trucks

Counter, kiosk, and online orders in one line, on hardware compact enough for a truck.

Switching or staying

A new POS, or the one you have.

Shopping for a POS? Tell us how you serve, how many stations you run, and what drives you crazy about your current setup. We'll narrow it to the two or three that fit and compare them on cost, term, and what each one actually does.

Happy with your POS? Some POS systems only run on their own processing, and some can run on ours. Tell us which one you have, and we'll tell you which kind it is, in writing, before you change anything.

Want to offset card costs? We'll walk through dual pricing and cash discounting, how they work with tips, and what your state allows.

Compare POS systems

In writing, before you sign

  • The hardware, and whether you buy it, rent it, or lease it
  • The monthly software cost
  • Your card processing pricing, line by line
  • Any term or cancellation fee

Ask about anything that isn't listed. Better now than on your first statement.

How it works

Fifteen minutes to a short list.

Step 1

A 15-minute walkthrough

Tell us how you serve. We narrow it to the systems that fit, and can set up live demos of them.

Step 2

Everything in writing

Hardware, software, processing, and any term or cancellation fee, before you sign.

Step 3

Set up with you

We coordinate the install with you and the POS team, so you know who does what before your first night.

Step 4

One rep who answers

You get a direct number. When something comes up, you call a person who already knows your account.

FAQ

What restaurant and bar owners ask.

What happens when the internet goes down?
Some systems keep taking orders, and some can keep accepting eligible card payments that go through once you're back online. Offline card payments have limits, and if one is declined later, the business absorbs it. Others stop entirely. Ask us which is which on the walkthrough; for a busy room, it matters.
Can I keep my current POS?
Sometimes. Some POS systems only run on their own processing, and some can run on ours. Tell us which one you have and we'll tell you in writing.
Is there a contract?
It depends on the system. Some are month to month and some have multi-year terms. Before you sign, you'll see the term and any cancellation fee in writing, and we'll point them out on the call.
Can I offer a cash price?
Often, through dual pricing or cash discounting. It depends on your state's rules and on whether your system shows the prices the right way, and we check both before setup. Our state-by-state guide shows what each state says.
Why don't you name the systems?
We work with several POS systems, and the right one depends on how you serve. On the walkthrough we name the two or three that fit you, and why.
