Get paid before you leave the driveway.

We set up payments for contractors and home service businesses: on site, by invoice from the truck, or on a schedule, with credit card processing priced in writing and one representative who answers.

  • Invoices and payment links your customer pays from their phone
  • Tap to pay on a phone, or a cellular handheld where there's no Wi-Fi
  • Bank payments for the big jobs, where a card fee would sting

What it handles

On site, from the truck, or every month.

What you get depends on the tools you choose. These are what owners ask for most, and on the walkthrough we show you which tools do each.

Invoices and payment links

Send an invoice or a payment link by text or email, and the customer pays from their phone.

Payment on site

Tap to pay on a phone, a small card reader, or a cellular handheld for driveways without Wi-Fi.

Service plans

Card on file and recurring billing for maintenance plans and regular visits.

Bank payments

ACH from the customer's bank account for large invoices.

Built for how you work

Trades, recurring routes, and big projects.

HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

Field service software with estimates and invoices that show the cash price and the card price, and payment links by text.

Cleaning, lawn, and pest control

Regular visits billed to the card on file, without a call each month.

Remodelers and roofers

A deposit up front, progress payments by link, and bank payments for the big checks.

Your setup

Keep your software, or start fresh.

Already sending estimates and invoices from field service software or a CRM? Tell us which one. We'll check whether we can process its payments and give you the answer in writing before you change anything.

Starting from paper? We'll show you the tools that fit how you work, and can set up a live demo of service software with estimates and invoices that work for the trades.

Want to pass card costs on? Several of the tools we carry have dual pricing built in. We'll walk through what your state allows first.

How fee programs work

In writing, before you sign

  • The cost of any reader or terminal
  • Any monthly software cost
  • Your card and bank-payment pricing, line by line
  • Any term or cancellation fee

Ask about anything that isn't listed. Better now than on your first statement.

How it works

FAQ

What contractors ask.

Can I take a card without Wi-Fi?
Yes. Tap to pay on a phone works over your phone's data connection, and cellular handhelds don't need Wi-Fi at all.
Can I take a deposit before the job?
Yes. Send an invoice or a payment link for the deposit, then another for the balance when the job is done.
Can customers pay from their bank account?
Yes, by ACH on the tools that support it. On a large invoice it often costs less than a card. You'll see both prices in writing.
Can I offer a cash price?
Several of the tools we carry have dual pricing built in. Whether you can use it depends on your state's rules, and we check before setup. Our state-by-state guide shows what each state says.
Is there a contract?
Terms differ by tool. Before you sign, you'll see the term and any cancellation fee in writing, and we'll point them out on the call.
