In this example, credit and debit cards pay the same price and only cash pays less. Your state may require more on the pump and sign.

What it handles

The pumps, the counter, and the store.

This is what the gas station system we set up does. On the walkthrough we show you each part and check it against your pumps.

At the pump

Chip and contactless cards at the pump. On many existing dispensers it's added to the pump you have, so you keep your equipment.

Pumps and register together

The register connects to your pumps, so you can control them and take pump payments at the counter.

Inside the store

Barcode scanning, inventory, ID scanning for age checks, EBT and eWIC, and loyalty for your regulars.

Fleet cards

Fleet card acceptance, so business drivers can fill up with the cards their company gives them.

Built for how you run

Independent stations, with or without a store.

Independent stations

Unbranded stations choose their own register and processor. That's who this is built for.

Stations with a store

Fuel and a convenience store on one register, with the counter connected to the pumps.

Branded stations

If you carry a major oil brand, your brand agreement usually decides your register and processor. Tell us your brand, and we'll tell you straight whether we can help.

Before you upgrade

Pumps that can't read chips can cost you.

Since April 2021, a station whose pumps can't read chip cards can be held responsible for counterfeit-card fraud at those pumps. Many existing dispensers can be upgraded to read chip and contactless cards, so you may not need new pumps.

Tell us the make and model of your dispensers. We'll tell you, in writing, whether yours can be upgraded or need replacing, before you buy anything.

Want to post a cash price and a card price? Many stations do. The card networks' rules and your state's rules both apply, so we check both before setup. Our state-by-state guide shows what each state says.

How fee programs work

In writing, before you sign

  • The cost of the pump upgrade and the register
  • Your card processing pricing, line by line
  • Any monthly software cost
  • Any term or cancellation fee

Ask about anything that isn't listed. Better now than on your first statement.

How it works

From the first call to the first fill-up.

Step 1

A 15-minute walkthrough

Tell us about your pumps, your store, and what you pay now. A photo of each dispenser's model plate helps.

Step 2

Everything in writing

The pump upgrade, the register, processing, and any term or cancellation fee, before you sign.

Step 3

Installed with you

We schedule the install with you and the install team, and run a test payment at the pump and at the counter before you go live.

Step 4

One rep who answers

You get a direct number. When something comes up, you call a person who already knows your station.

FAQ

What station owners ask.

Do I need new pumps to take chip cards?
Not always. Many existing dispensers can be upgraded to read chip and contactless cards. Send us the make and model, and we'll tell you in writing whether yours can be.
Can we take fleet cards?
Usually. Tell us which fleet cards your customers use, and we'll confirm each one in writing before you sign.
We carry a major oil brand. Can you help?
Maybe not. Branded stations usually have to use the register and processor their brand approves. Tell us your brand, and we'll give you a straight answer before you spend any time on it.
Can we accept EBT and eWIC inside the store?
Yes, for stores with the right approvals. EBT needs your store's authorization from the USDA's Food and Nutrition Service, and eWIC needs approval from your state's WIC agency. We'll confirm the details in writing.
Can we post a cash price and a card price?
Many stations do. The card networks' rules and your state's rules both apply, and we check them before setup. Our state-by-state guide shows what each state says.
Is there a contract?
Terms differ by setup. Before you sign, you'll see the term and any cancellation fee in writing, and we'll point them out on the call.
