What it handles

From the write-up to the payment, on one system.

This is what the shop software we set up does. In a live demo we show you each part.

Estimates and invoices

Built-in labor times, plus plate and VIN lookup that pulls engine data, oil capacities, and tire sizes, and wiring diagrams.

Digital inspections

Capture photos and video in the bay and send them to the customer, with notes on each line item, so they see why the work matters.

Parts ordering

Order parts from major suppliers right from the estimate, without retyping the job.

Text to pay

Send a payment link by text or email, and the customer pays from their phone.

Dual pricing

The card price and the cash price, on every ticket.

On a repair this size, the card cost is real money. With dual pricing built into the estimate and the invoice, your customer sees both prices before approving the work and chooses how to pay. Nobody does math at the counter.

Dual pricing has rules: how the two prices are shown, the signs at your counter, and what your state allows. We check your state first and set it up with you.

How dual pricing works
Example repair ticketEstimate
Parts: brake pads, rotors and calipers$1,010.00
Labor$790.00
Sales tax on parts (8%)$80.80
State emissions test$20.00
Card price (credit or debit)$1,900.80
Cash price (3% off parts and labor)$1,844.38

Example only. Cash gets 3% off parts and labor before tax; the state fee is the same either way. Your prices and discount are set with you within card-network rules and your state's law.

Switching or staying

New shop software, or the one you run now.

Still on paper, or ready to switch? We'll show you the software in a live demo and put every cost in writing before you decide.

Happy with your shop software? Tell us which one you use. We'll check whether we can process its payments and give you the answer in writing before you change anything.

Have card terminals already? Send us the make and model. Some can be set up for a new processor and some can't, and we'll tell you which yours are before you buy anything.

In writing, before you sign

  • The monthly software cost
  • Your card processing pricing, line by line
  • The cost of any equipment you need
  • Any term or cancellation fee

Ask about anything that isn't listed. Better now than on your first statement.

How it works

See the shop software live before you decide.

Step 1

A live demo

We show you the software, live, and answer the questions that matter to your shop.

Step 2

Step 3

Set up with you

We work through the setup with you, including the dual pricing display and the signs your state requires.

Step 4

One rep who answers

You get a direct number. When something comes up, you call a person who already knows your account.

FAQ

What shop owners ask.

How does dual pricing work at a shop?
Every estimate and invoice shows two prices. Customers who pay cash pay the cash price, and every card, debit included, pays the card price. We check your state's rules and set up the counter signs with you.
Is dual pricing allowed in my state?
It depends on the state. We check yours before setup, and our state-by-state guide shows what each state says.
Do I have to switch shop software?
No. If you're happy with what you use, tell us which one. We'll check whether we can process its payments and give you the answer in writing. If you're shopping, or still on paper, we'll show you ours in a live demo.
Is there a contract?
Terms differ by system. Before you sign, you'll see the term and any cancellation fee in writing, and we'll point them out on the call.
Does it work for other service businesses?
Auto repair is what it does best. It also handles other service businesses that send estimates and invoices, such as tire shops, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mobile services. Tell us what you do and we'll be straight about the fit.
Why don't you name the software?
We'd rather start with what your shop needs than with a brand name. We tell you the name on the first call, before any demo, so you can look it up yourself.
